Bundled care programs increase collaboration and coordination between care providers all while resulting in a more predictable cost of care. PRSC has worked with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming (BCBSWY) to offer a bundle program for unilateral (single) knee replacement surgeries. Our program brings together all of the services typically required for a knee replacement on the day of surgery into one coordinated package. You may be eligible for this service at ZERO cost to you.*

What's Included?
The bundle covers services typically required for a knee replacement on the day of surgery ("the bundle window").

Billing & Important Notes
*BCBSWY INUSURED PATIENTS PLEASE NOTE: Out-of-pocket costs are waived for bundled surgical services unless you have a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)

If you have a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP), you will still have a patient payment responsibility - this is due to federal regulation regarding HDHP plans.

All costs are billed directly by Powder River Surgery Center. You do not pay any other providers for services rendered under this program.

PRSC will collect ALL out-of-pocket costs you may have at the time of service for your surgery

This bundle is only valid for BCBSWY patients (including those whose plans are administered (TPA'ed) by BCBSWY)
PRSC will confirm you have an active BCBSWY plan and provide an estimate for your out-of-pocket costs (if you have an HDHP plan) that will be due at the time of your surgical procedure
