Role Description
Looking for motived dynamic RN to join our team. This position will work in the OR and cross-train in pre-operative and post-operative areas to support our patient's care throughout the surgical process. We are progressive with orthopedic, total joint, spine, urology, PM, podiatry, GI, General, and ENT specialties. The work week is Monday through Friday, no call and no weekends! This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Gillette, WY. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assisting patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting patient information, and ensuring adherence to patient care standards and safety protocols. The Registered Nurse will play a key role in delivering compassionate and professional care to patients.
Qualifications

Strong patient care skills, including monitoring, administering medications, and supporting recovery

Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to healthcare protocols

Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting

Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

Effective communication skills and empathy for patients and families

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Previous experience in a surgical or clinical setting is preferred

Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
