Role Description

Looking for motived dynamic CNA to join our team. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) supports the delivery of safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care in an ambulatory surgery center. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), the CNA assists with patient preparation, perioperative care, and recovery processes while ensuring patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction. The work week is Monday through Friday, no call and no weekends!

Qualifications

  • Strong patient care skills, including assisting with patient preparation, mobility, monitoring comfort, and supporting recovery in the perioperative setting

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with nurses, physicians, and other clinical staff in a fast-paced surgical team environment

  • Strong observation skills with the ability to recognize and report changes in patient condition promptly

  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate approach toward patients and their families

  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

  • Previous experience in a surgical, outpatient, or clinical setting is preferred

  • Completion of an accredited CNA training program and high school diploma or equivalent

Registered Nurse

Role Description

Looking for motived dynamic RN to join our team. This position will work in the OR and cross-train in pre-operative and post-operative areas to support our patient's care throughout the surgical process. We are progressive with orthopedic, total joint, spine, urology, PM, podiatry, GI, General, and ENT specialties. The work week is Monday through Friday, no call and no weekends!

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Nurse located in Gillette, WY. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assisting patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring patient health, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, documenting patient information, and ensuring adherence to patient care standards and safety protocols. The Registered Nurse will play a key role in delivering compassionate and professional care to patients.

Qualifications

  • Strong patient care skills, including monitoring, administering medications, and supporting recovery

  • Proficiency in documentation, record-keeping, and adherence to healthcare protocols

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting

  • Critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

  • Effective communication skills and empathy for patients and families

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

  • Previous experience in a surgical or clinical setting is preferred

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN preferred)
